A closer look at Paro Valley
Paro has the only international airport in Bhutan. It is a wide valley of farmhouses. High above it sits Paro Taktsang, the Tiger's Nest, on a steep rock cliff.
We start the walk early with your own guide. That way you reach the monastery in the quiet morning, not in the busy midday.
