The simple rules we follow when we plan and run your trip.
Booking your trip
Your trip is confirmed after we receive your deposit and apply for your visa and permits. All travel in Bhutan must go through a licensed company, and plans need permit approval.
Payments
Payment dates, currency and bank details are written in your trip plan. We collect government fees as Bhutan rules require.
Changes and cancellation
We make changes when our partners allow it. Cancellation rules are written in your plan and depend on the season, hotels and treks.
Changes to the daily plan
Weather, roads, festival dates or permits can force a change. We will offer the closest option and tell you why.
Insurance and your part
Every guest needs travel insurance that covers medical rescue. This is a must for treks. You look after your own health, papers and things.
Treks and high places
High mountain trips always carry some risk. For your safety, our guide may change or stop a route. That decision is final.
