What we collect
We only keep what you send us: your name, email, country, travel dates, group size and your message. We never buy personal data.
How we use it
We use your details to make your trip plan, book permits and services with licensed Bhutanese partners, and stay in touch with you. We never sell your details.
Who else sees it
To run your trip we share only what is needed with hotels, guides, drivers and the Bhutan authorities. Nothing more.
How long we keep it
We keep your message while your trip is active, and for a short time after, for our records. You can ask us to delete it any time.
Your choices
Just write to us if you want to see, change or delete your details, or stop hearing from us.
